Every puzzle on tatamibari.com is generated here, proved to have exactly one answer, and rated for difficulty before it is banked. There are 5,481 of them ready to publish, in 6×6, 10×10 and 12×12, and the generator makes more on demand at any size.

Playing and sharing

Free, for anyone, forever. Link to a puzzle, post your result, print one for a classroom or a care home. No permission needed and no attribution required, though a link back is always welcome.

Embedding on your site

Free for non-commercial sites, with attribution. The embed carries a small link back to tatamibari.com; leave it in place and you are covered.

Swap easy for medium or hard to choose the size, or append a puzzle number — /embed/easy/12 — to pin a specific day. Without one you get today's, which changes at midnight wherever the reader is.

Commercial sites, apps, and anything that strips the attribution need a licence. Ask.

Print and syndication

Newspapers, magazines, puzzle books and newsletters are all welcome, by arrangement. Puzzles are supplied as print-ready vector artwork with a solution for each one, batched as far ahead as you need, and can be generated exclusively for you so they appear nowhere else — not even here.

Difficulty is measured rather than asserted: every puzzle is rated by how hard it actually is to solve, so a run of them is consistent, and an "easy" in January is an easy in December.
